When does orders get shipped with tracking numbers? 

After an order is placed, please allow our team to process & ship it out within 1-2 business days does not include weekends. We strive to ship regular orders as fast as possible.

Pre-Orders If you pre ordered an item, please understand that pre orders are all custom-made orders & have a process time of 3-4 weeks before getting shipped. 

 All orders are shipped through USPS/UPS Please note, once we ship your package, we are not held responsible for UPS/USPS deliveries, any delivery issues with UPS/USPS must be handled with UPS/USPS because we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost under the shipping carrier, they are responsible for claim & locating packages

If you do not accept your package, and it is returned to the sender (Gualla) you must cover Reshipping fees to have the package returned to you with the shipping courier of your choice.
